We want to get a characterization of the top two types of customers/clients you have. Of course not all customers are literally going to be the exact same, but we want to pull common traits together and build a persona for the two types of people. For instance, your primary audience may be mostly men between 40 and 60 but let's build a character to help us target our message. So we'll say the character is a 48 year-old male. ⭐️Hint⭐️: sometimes it helps to think of some of your best customers and start to describe them. Be sure to mix them up, rather than to describe only one person exactly.
